Miami Wins & Puts on Fantastic Super Bowl. Iowa Loses... Bets It on an App That Was Broken. Don't Need a Groundhog to Know it's Spring in the South.

What's that song?
There's got to be a morning after?
Oh Snap... it was a Disaster movie :(

Seriously they knew the App had a problem.
Iowa now has a problem.
Let's never use an App to vote okay??

Ironically everyone claimed victory last night.
The weather wasn't a problem.
Technology was a problem.
This is why I don't want to vote on my phone.
I've heard people say "we could vote by App"
Yeah right...no I don't think so.

As a weather person I get it when models mess up.
Or an App promises snow then ..no snow.
Life goes on...

Winter is in the West....
Spring is in the South.
Much rain is on the way in the SE.
And in the NE the candidates have arrived.

Don't you just hate when that happens?
You go to your favorite satellite and it's broken.
Or you wait for the results from Iowa and ... broken.

Well at least for us we change satellites.
For candidates they change states.

Jim Williams always said I should do videos.
Or maybe he said "talk"
He knows how I talk so ...
...okay he's right it's easier.
Once I got past my fear or talking...
... but basically I prefer writing.
And I love satellite imagery.

Look at that image.... that area in the Southeast is RED HOT and filled with severe weather potential and no one really needs a Groundhog to know which way the temperatures are going right now or if Spring is on the way; actually it's Spring in the South currently as flowers are in bloom. Maybe this is a February Thaw? But unless you are out in the Far West.... the winter that never really showed up is about as far away as the real facts of what happened last night in Iowa.

Again let me say I am an Independent. Yes I was raised a Democrat that has often voted Republican or Democratic depending on the election and the candidates ...though I like to party I'm not a party girl anymore. I wait and see how the election evolves and which candidates are left standing and which candidate I believe has the best chance to lead this country as November nears and Hurricane Season slows down. Yes, between now and the next Presidential Election is the 2020 Hurricane Season but for now ...in the slow season.... I go back to one of my first loves and that is politics. So I looked forward to the Iowa Caucus and the beginning of the real primary season and Oh My Goodness. I've never seen so many professionals paid to speak on air be totally speechless. I sat there last night going back and forth between CNN and MSNBC and oh my goodness. I don't really want to curse on my blog but yeah ...that happened ...

I kept saying during the whole Impeachment Trials "can't we just have an election??" and now I'm thinking ... maybe not. No seriously, as "Mayor Pete" said you could see for yourself what was going on at the Caucus and in my words who was hot and who was not. You could see those enthused about Warren or Amy and the Bernie people were on the floor and Yang Gang insisting they weren't going to vote for anyone but Yang (many then drifted away) and the Biden crowd was extremely thin at some of the venues yet always cheerful people would come around on the next count or the next... No, I don't think that happened. But maybe we will never know for sure and that's sad for the Democratic Party coming off of a horrendous 2016 where it was obvious they tried to skew the election towards their favorite candidate and many Bernie people felt it was stolen from him .... but we may never know for sure. But you could learn a lot from watching the various people who showed up to caucus for their favorite candidates and often hear who their 2nd favorite candidates were if they did not get enough to be viable.

Amazingly as we approached the Super Bowl on Sunday there was much talk about how the whole show would go seeing as it was held in Miami and you know all those "Because Miami" news stories on Twitter. People worried on terrorism or Coronavirus or some technological glitch happening. Would the actual game live up to it's expectations? (Yes it did!) and would the Half Time be a huge flop or would they pull it off? Yes, they did.. the two Latin Divas Nailed it swaying their hips, filled with emotion and passion holding most people mesmerized putting on one of the best Super Bowl Halftime Shows of all time. Okay, I'm from Miami and maybe I'm prejudice but I've loved Shakira since she first hit the scene. I studied dance and that includes Bollywood and Belly Dance and she is soo good as a performer. JLO is JLO an Icon who seems to transcend age being 50 years old holding her own up against a 43 year old Shakira celebrating her birthday in front of the world. Come on that's drama. And the game with the QB from Tyler Texas..... showing passion and leading his team from behind to victory!

So I never got around to blogging about the incredible football game Sunday as Monday was a blur for me as I tried to get the song out of my head and then finally gave up. I looked forward to the Iowa Caucus and the official start of the 2020 Presidential Election and.... well the new fancy App that they many were worried on worked about as badly as the GFS when it shows a major Cat 6 Landfall of a hurricane in Miami for a weak tropical wave rolling off of Africa in July. All of us in the weather world know how models can mess up and how really bad weather apps can be so are we really surprised? Okay, yeah I'm a bit surprised but Iowa has a history of problems. Santorum who actually once won the Iowa caucus despite the fact that they said Romney did and unable to gain any traction on that win ... we didn't find out who won until I believe the South Carolina Caucus and by that time anyone who knows anything about how hurricanes spin knows momentum is important.

It's not the first time Iowa messed up.
Both headlines above were right...
...but on different days.
Remember when.....

Trust me momentum is huge.
Whoever won or did well last night.
Would like that momentum going into NH.

So this seems to be a developing story.
I'm watching TV in the background.
Yes I watch the TV.
While watching the Twitter Feed....
....Twitter of course says "conspiracy"
And there's great GIFS going around.
Life goes on...
CNN broke away to the Coronavirus just now.
MSNBC talking on "the process"
FOX the end of the "impeachment process"

So what can I say that I haven't said? Shakira rocks and perhaps the crew that gave you the Super Bowl without any major problems should have been in charge of the show in Iowa?

As for me I'm going to move on with my day. It's forecast to be 70 degrees in Raleigh and yes I have my sandals ready to use today and the hope for snow in Raleigh is fading into the background as I watch the never ending flow of moisture from the Gulf of Mexico into the Deep South as snow edges it's way towards Oklahoma after pounding the West that has been pounded all Winter as people in the East insist Winter didn't show up.

As for New Hampshire .... the candidates are showing up there and the show will go on.

Stay safe... wash your hands ;) Always be prepared for severe weather.... Take it one day at a time and know that before this is over I'm sure there will be about odd story that crops up during this interesting Primary Season that collides with Spring Training and moves us day by day closer to predictions on the 2020 Hurricane Season. Seeing as the predictions for this Winter were horrible I'm not rushing to make any predictions but one thing I will remind you is that flow continues and the pattern of systems off the SE Coast continues the way it did during the Hurricane Season of 2019 except it's been winter like storms enhanced with the flow from the Gulf of Mexico.

And the beat goes on.....

Stay tuned.
This is all a developing story in Iowa.
Weather wise... I'm going to enjoy the warm weather.
Going to Seattle later this month....
...where Winter is still holding on strong.

Spring Flooding.... It Will Get Worse Before It Gets Better... Especially Where Snow Keeps Falling & Rain Keeps Raining...

Just one of many mentions recently I made on potential for flooding.
If you have been reading you know I've mentioned my concerns.
Spring Flooding was a done deal to happen this year.
But I hadn't heard much about it until today in the media.
They had to actually evacuate the NWS office in Nebraska!

Earlier in the week I ranted on my concerns about Spring Flooding and even before that few weeks ago. Everyone is watching the forecast models for when NY and Boston actually get snow and how far South the Snowline will get and few people are aware of what the real dangers are and that is and has been River Flooding in the Heartland and the South. You can add in California and parts of the West Coast where Winter has not stopped delivering El Nino inspired heavy rainfall.

An excellent map of the rivers and flooding problems.

The sad part about flooding is few people talk about it until after the creek rises and the cars begin to float away. Then, after the fact, the reporters flock in for live shots and dramatic images but there has been a kind of hush by those weather powers that be on the potential for Spring Flooding while they chase after the Z named Winter Storm and excite people with the possibility of flakes falling in Brooklyn... which by the way is not really news in the Winter as call it by any name you want it's Winter and winter weather happens somewhere in the Northern Hemisphere every day.

<

Severe weather happens suddenly, it's hyped for days and sometimes it does what the models showed it would do and sometimes it outperforms. Spring is prime time for severe weather but it's also prime time for Spring Flooding. And nothing is more dramatic to stare at speechlessly is ongoing flooding imagery but the quieter images of flooded countryside is humbling and horrific.

Heavy rain this winter in the South has swollen the rivers higher than normal, then snow melting up to the North flowing down into those already swollen rivers exacerbates the potential for historic flooding or just regular, plain ole horrible flooding destroying people's homes and farms. I mention farms because rivers are a life source for farmers and yet when they overflow too much of a good thing is well not a good thing.

It's been a kind of horrific day with images from New Zealand broadcast around the world and the sad reality of hate focused on any group anywhere especially while people are going about their lives praying at their chosen house of worship. After the Church killings in Charleston someone on television made a comment that resonated with me deeply or possibly after the Tree of Life murders in Pittsburgh and that is that people busy praying are a soft target as their backs are usually towards the door and they are lost in prayer. It's very, very sad. And somewhere between the parade of candidates presenting themselves for consideration and worrying on planes needing to be grounded temporarily at least we have spent most of this week wondering what next will happen. Now we know. New Zealand, a quiet, beautiful, pastoral paradise to many has been turned into a killing ground. Sincere prayers go out to the families of those wounded and killed while praying ... just tired and kind of speechless. To be honest I've been a bit speechless all week as I try to mentally navigate myself though March and wonder where I'll be in April.

I've been baking for Purim and making packages that have to be mailed out early as my children live in various different cities far from here and I want them to arrive on time. Now I'll focus on making Purim packages for friends in Raleigh but where will I be for Passover? Not sure... don't know. Though pretty sure I may be in New York for Lag B'Omer. Time and the calendar is a moving target and I'm flushed out and exhausted with memories of different places I've lived and times I was happier. I don't mean to go negative but life is what it is... wonderful and beautiful but too much of a good thing is like when rain falls in too much abundance and it washes everything away in it's path. Can't be everywhere at once so I guess I miss Long Beach California when everyone was where I could find them easily, my two best friends were nearby and really fun, smart, great friends and we used to party on Purim so much I can't quite remember it all :)  I worked for Chabad in the 1980s in California and it was good times, I gotta tell you. Mass School Shootings were not yet a thing, but El Nino did go on the rampage when I lived in LA and there are those memories too. Snow on the mountains and blue skies and beaches nearby. Speaking of beaches I miss Miami Beach but no one lives there anymore from my family and my friends all moved away (well my best friends moved, I still have friends there) and so I'm kind of a moving target these days and maybe target was a bad choice of words :(

And not to forget Hurricanes there was one on the other side of the world recently... Idai made landfall over Mozambique...  massive flooding, keep those people in your thoughts and prayers indeed.

As for me I'm going to start cooking. Listening to the wind as I have the windows open here and hoping to see some mild severe weather or enough to not be your typical boring sort of Raleigh rain. Not complaining about Raleigh really because as the weather warms there is much to do and the flowers are coming up and we haven't yet got to that time when the pollen starts falling.

Maybe go to my best friend for Passover... her husband and my husband are good friends and maybe... time will tell.

Stay tuned........... Stay safe and if you live anywhere near a river that is prone to flooding in the Spring time know you may not hear much about it until after it begins to flood as sadly flooding before it happens is not covered as much as severe weather, snow possibilities and hurricanes. But as I said earlier .... snow melt  + heavy rain and swollen rivers = Spring Flooding in the same way mudslides happen in LA after the fires burn the hillside and El Nino sends more rain... it's a cycle as old as time.

Besos BobbiStorm

Ps... Yes there was smog in the LA basin centuries ago from the fires used to cook food by the Chumash Indians and/or fires started by lightning and accidents by above mentioned fires and then even back then when it poured the mountain slides washed away everything .... some things are part of the way of the world and weather and have been happening since time began. In the Everglades in South Florida lightning would start fires centuries ago and that was considered good in an odd way as it burned off the bigger brush stopping it from taking over the marshlands...  not as bad as water from heavy rains that would allow animals on high ground to be stranded and unable to get back to their food source or families. Mother Nature has always been a force to be reckoned with before we decided to pollute the earth with Styrofoam and plastic and build big cities on sandbars that used to be partially covered with mangroves not meant for subdivisions but oh what beautiful subdivisions.

Winter On the Way Out... Spring Not Totally Here ... Hurricane Season in the Wings. Good Women Meteorologist to Follow... Amy Freeze

Adrian Linares is really good to follow online!

I'm wanting to write something about this set of storms, including the much awaited last one in this series that many are watching on models while dreaming of the Great March Super Storm of 1993 as others are dreaming on tropical waves. I don't like to hype and I don't write this blog just to get clicks as much as to write on things that are worth warning people about and giving a measure of explanation and a little bit of entertainment along the way.

Listening to Country today and that's good. I mostly enjoy listening to country while in NY while driving through the Boro Park section of Brooklyn while blasting Nash Country (one of the best Country Radio Stations in the country) (yeah I did that twice on purpose) and okay I am a bit silly today officially..

It's a big country and everyone is watching their own little piece of paradise and so everyone has their own priorities. I live in the Carolinas when I am not home in Florida so my thoughts go to tropical weather along with severe weather faster than watching to see how much snow is going to be dumped on South Dakota. But this is a huge system and where you live means a lot as to your own concerns.

That's a lot of rain falling over the next five days.
And may I add in this reminder.......
... snow melt and rain = Spring Floods.
Maybe not this week but it's coming.
It's a long range concern I've had.

More weather for Florida and the Southeast.
As the flow from the GOM just goes on and on.
And I do think it will go on as we move towards May.
That flow is here to stay .. for a while anyway.
Winter storm whatever name TWC has today....

Cranky has this covered well on his blog.
He's really a long read.
I'm a lead in to a long read compared to him.

So which Winter storm to we get?
And will a Low form off the coast?

]
Crown Weather another incredible service.
You get what you pay for...

Many are watching the Atlantic....
Hard not to with something twisting out there.
It's a short term act... but fun to watch.
Dabuh said it would form and it did.

Caught between a cold front....
...and dust coming off of Africa.
It don't care it's doing it's thing.

Dabuh is on Instagram too.

Now if you lived in North Florida.......
......and you surfed this would have your attention.
This was two days ago he posted this.

He's always got his eye on the tropics.....

Far out.
Close in.
It's all on the table for discussion.

My problem with the big winter storm is this...
...I'm tired of it.
Cranky has nailed this with the following statement.

Rinse and Repeat Pattern.
Gotta tell you it's gets boring after a while.
Especially when some try to HYPE every storm.
It's called Winter.
If something turns into a Superstorm.....
...that's history.
Every Tom, Dick and Harry that TWC is selling...
... are just rinse, repeat
It gets boring after a while.

Gotta good beat.
It's weather.
It's happening-ish.
Waiting for that big closer.
You know when they bring the new storm in at the end.

Of course if Boston gets SNOW they win again.
Everyone wants snow.
Everyone on the EAST coast that is...
Seattle and Minnesota are so done with snow.

Yes, it's that time of year.
Snow people get desperate .....
..hurricane people get snarky.
The in between time...
Winter in the rear view mirror.
Hurricane Season down the road.
And storm chasers are on the road.
This is there time of year.

Yes Virginia we ARE going to have a Tornado Season this year.
You'll soon wish it was over if the trend continues.

And what do I think?

I think I'm tired of an endless progression of no neck winter storms slamming into the West Coast with fury and dumping snow up where it belongs and teasing people in the South, Mid Atlantic and Northeast with snow and then wimping out in less than a blaze of glory.

So many things you can learn from Tennessee Williams. That man was a master of words, drama and not a drop of mediocrity anywhere near him. And, he knew Key West too and knew where he wanted to live enough to move his house cross town to the lot he where he wanted to live. You learn there are times to keep your mouth shut and not tell secrets and there are times when you know you have had enough and hear the "click" and sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Elizabeth Taylor was born to act in Tennessee Williams dramas.

Yes The Weather Channel can name them anything they want and trot them out to try and get ratings but it has not been a winter of incredible storms to remember and most likely the early one in November will be the matching bookend to the one that will happen in late March or even April. Mother Nature has a way of snapping back and trying to correct an imbalance but she is moving on to Severe Weather Season in the Plains and the Deep South as deep Gulf of Mexico Moisture rises up into the heartland and slams into descending mediocre but cold enough cold fronts to cause trouble along many river cities. And those rivers will rise as we move later into Spring and snow melting along the cities along the Mississippi River and it's many tributaries will meet up with Spring rains and the forecast I'm making is that means floods. I hate to say that but it's about as much a given as mud slides in California after fires during an El Nino.

I'll talk on El Nino another time, today this is about this week's multi-faceted Winter Storm system.

I'll update tomorrow.

I think the Gulf of Mexico will produce and deliver a few early Tropical named Systems and areas off the coast of the Florida Georgia Line will produce Subtropicals that play peek a boo with South Carolina. Yes Fishing I'm talking about you :) I really need to do a road trip bad. But a good road trip hitting all the right places sooner rather than later.

So buckle up everyone because Mother Nature is trying to hit you one more time with a winter storm and then we can move on to packing up the winter clothes, boots and doing a real Spring Cleaning!

Gosh that girl can sing.

Last but not LEAST...
WHAT IS GOING ON WITH EARTHQUAKES AND FLORIDA?
Florida Georgia Line indeed....

Mike (who I should lead with but the ending is important!)
I learned about this from Mike.
Not Dutchsince (Quake Icon some people love)
But Mike from Spaghetti Models.
Thus proving  my point.
All meteorologists and closet geologists...
...and vice versa!

My brother constantly sends me links to Mike.
It's kind of cute in an endearing annoying way.
:)

Baby Brothers ...what can I say?
Yes, I follow Mike....
...I've followed Mike for more years than I want to admit.
Sometimes Mike follows me ;)

Hurricane Season is coming.
And it seems the area hit by Hurricane Michael...
...affected by tornadoes is being hit by mild earthquakes.
When you're hot you're hot...
It's an active part of the planet it seems in all ways.

Keep watching.

Amy Freeze.
She's pretty awesome.
My daughter Dina who lives in NY is a huge fan.

She posts on Instagram the way I tweet...
Nonstop smart, funny and her own unique person.
Yes she is beautiful and YES she has brains.
And she has degrees, real degrees.
Impressive degrees.

Dina is not a Meteorologist she is an Artist.
And she's done her share of storm chasing...
...so she knows a good meteorologist when she sees one.

I think Dina sees a lot of herself in Amy.
Without realizing ... of course.

UPDATED! Tornadoes in the South - Snow Storms - Winter Storms - Snow Threatens Peach Trees Hit by Hurricane Florence in the Carolinas. Women in Meteorology.

Good video close up of storms exploding on this loop.

The death toll could climb as they are still looking for people who are missing and going through the debris. This evening is far from over as for wicked weather and even more wicked cold will arrive later this week. I've said it over and over because the pattern seems to be stuck and severe weather keeps training over the same area in the Florida Panhandle that was slammed by Hurricane Michael up into areas that flooded from Florence. This does not bode well for early season development this hurricane season in the Gulf of Mexico and off the SE coast when Subtropicals are prone to form close to the coast. Just saying it's something to remember.

I've been following on Twitter all afternoon.
Out shopping, raining but not heavy.
But the heavy weather is on the way.
Currently down in the Deep South.

The same area affected by Hurricanes Michael and Florence...
That flash of color is the latest lightning data.

It should move into NC later tonight.
NC is prone to night time tornadoes.
Stay tuned and pay attention to your Weather Apps
Any watches or warnings take seriously!
Wild action tonight.

Mother Nature is kicking off Tornado Season in the South today!

Mother Nature isn't taking any prisoners tonight.
Cell phone towers down.
Saloons ripped apart.

Showing this as it's a great place to go to get instant weather news.
If you aren't on Twitter and are old school...
...it's a great resource.

This is as typical as it gets when Spring comes early.
And then Winter sneaks back in...
Cold diving air mixing with warm humid air.
Bamn! Twisters form.

look at that flow of moisture...
Gulf of Mexico Moisture.

I'll update later in real time.

* * *

I posted this picture on February 17th....
... a beautiful pink array of blossoms on a nearby tree.

Below is out my window this morning.
Note the gray, white skies are a constant.
The maple tree has new baby red leaves on it.
Signs of Spring but it feels like Winter.

Where we are today with regard to weather.
Winter Weather to be exact!

Note how low the snow dips down into Arkansas.
All sliding East.
And there's another system behind it!

A lot of weather warnings there.
Red alert day for many places.

Being honest here, trying to watch national weather is at times hard when you are between seasons in the Carolinas and only really want to know one or two things.

What time is it going to start to rain today?
Is there any chance for snow flakes on the tail end of the next system?

Extra Credit: Is this going to mess up the fruit trees that started to bloom already?

Cantore brought it up also on TWC.

It's worth remembering those trees will be wet from rain.
Then cold, cold temperatures blow in on a strong wind.
Perhaps there is even a chance of a drop of snow?
Who knows?
Mother Nature seems to work in real time this year.
GFS may be beating the EURO with this one.

The local weather people have been talking on this or more so worrying on this as a possibility. Trees they be a blooming. My maple tree is unfurling it's leaves inch by inch, day by day, still in the red mode and it always amazes me it turns bright green eventually; kind of like those blonde hair little boys I had whose hair turned almost black as they got in their twenties.

Wednesday morning we have a forecast low of 21 and that's going to take a bite out of some of those early blooming trees.  When people plant early and are told it's too soon they were warned. But the blooming of trees early after warm weather is something that cannot be controlled and it has happened this year after a very warm February and now with a cold March coming into areas already hit hard by Hurricane Florence may be hit again by Mother Nature on the rampage with freezing temperatures hurting the peach crop. It's not just the peace crop but areas under the gun for severe weather today and freezing temperatures this week are in peach country.

Again it's not all about whether New York City gets snow or if Boston is snow satisfied ... it's a big country we live in and every place has their own wishes for the weather they want and concerns they will get the weather they don't want.  My daughter wants the snow to stop and for things to warm up however moving up to Pomona Heights area vs living down in Bayswater on the water has changed her weather watching from watching the high tides that flooded her street to "how much snow am I getting?" and this girl has been watching weather for years and years. So obviously I watch her and whoever she likes weather wise...   https://www.instagram.com/dinadeehoops/

So Dina said I have to follow Amy Freeze...
...so I did as Dina knows weather.

No we cannot cancel the weather.
The EURO may lose to the GFS.
This may get interesting.
(Wow some huge bird just flew past my window..
...it was white and huge, hold on.
remember to wear coat when going outside...)

Good link to Bernie Rayno on models and forecasts.
Frustration and honesty.

Oddly I have not spoken to Cranky this morning.
And yet he's tweeting on what I'm thinking about.

So who is this incredible woman below?

This is a must read article about a woman who went into meteorology early on and had to balance family needs and her own need for a degree in meteorology. Motherhood is wonderful, really, but it ends up always being a balancing act trying to be a good mother and following your own dreams. Women like her rarely get movies made about them and rarely does anyone hear about them but they were brave, stubborn and followed their dreams. We should hear more about them.

https://www.accuweather.com/en/weather-news/the-untold-story-of-june-bacon-bercey-the-first-american-women-to-become-a-tv-meteorologist/70007375

My daughter Dina who I've mentioned watches different women meteorologists I rarely hear about and she of course watches them on Instagram. My daughter had dyslexia when young that she did overcome and eventually attained a Bachelors Degree from Touro University with her younger sister back in 2012. They are both awesome, but no teacher in elementary school or middle school ever expected Dina to go to college let alone graduate and she did so with great grades. She had a dream, but more so she had a goal and she didn't give up. How many people reading this have a dream but don't even try pursuing it or make only lists of reasons they could never do that? I never broke her spirit for good or bad. She dropped out of high school in the 9th grade and went to work for the principal's wife as a teacher's aid in her preschool. She traveled the world, the country to music festivals and went to Venice on her 25th birthday with her best friend because she wanted to.... and she went back to college after getting an online high school degree because her mother (me) begged her to and I may have tricked her into it but hey she's got a diploma! To be honest I thought she'd switch schools and maybe go to Art School, but no she stayed with college studying psychology and art getting one of the first degrees from Touro with an emphasis on multi-media art. My kids, all of them, always inspire me and trying to explain how during the quiet off season when no tropical waves are rolling across the Atlantic and forecast to get a name and become hurricanes.  Welcome to my "off season" here...

And because I did follow Amy Freeze
In a serendipity kind of way I learned more today.

What a story.
I cannot believe anyone birthed 16 children.
And I've birthed many so for me to be shocked...
...and yet despite the large family she kept going.
What a story really.
Please follow Amy Freeze.
My daughter Dina is right indeed.

Down in Carolina watching snow forecasts for up the coast.
How close will it get.
I said the other day I expect Roxboro will get snow flakes.
Watching the models and the loops.

Women can do anything.
I bought my granddaughter Olivia a tee shirt that says that.
But mothers have to work twice as hard at least.
Life is balance in ways.
I'm sure it's hard for men too...
But they don't have to go to college ...
with a baby kicking in their tummy.
Men don't have to fight off morning sickness...
...men don't have to deal with postpartum depression.

Another weather person Dina loves below.

And I saw this today about a young woman...
...following her dream.
Happy to he the "weekend meteorologist" in Panama City.
Panama City got Hurricane Michael.
It also got rain all winter.
Wondering on what this hurricane season will bring.
Someone to follow as she follows her dream.

What's my dream?
Oh I keep my dreams and secrets private.

Maybe I'll spend this week reviewing my dreams.
What are your dreams?

Take care, be happy and be wise.
Choose wisely and never give up.
Or as Reed Timmer says never stop chasing.
I'll add never stop doing ....
dreaming is good but doing is better ;)
Looks like Brittney is going to busy this Sunday.

Besos BobbiStorm
Still have tropical dreams.....
but wish I could see some snow flakes!

Ps... For my gal Sue :) who taught me to ... go to the beach talk to the waves.
To suspend reality and just be silly.
To be strong, tough and do what you got to do...
