TS Rina Forms in Atlantic. Hurricane Season NOT Over Yet.

Tropical Storm Rina forms from TD 19.

Cone shows where it goes.

Based on ASCAT passes TD 19 was upgraded.

It's up there in the Atlantic.

Not a threat to the US.

It's not down near the Bahamas ...

Oddly a steady stream of moisture moves into the Caribbean.

It may not look like much up there...

But it's a named storm.

They do that in November.

They pop out out of nowhere.
