1st Tropical Depression of the Hurricane Season - Eastern Pacific Develops From Invest 90E - GFS Insists There is Hurricane Potential in the E GOM In the Near Future. Monitoring the Caribbean and GOM.

As for the Atlantic.



Everyone is jumping onto the tropical development band wagon now that the GFS has forecast a possible hurricane in the Eastern Gulf of Mexico. What I'd say about that is there is lots of wiggle room for both size, intensity and track in the days to come. Keep watching. Funny how meteorologists who seemed skeptical about development are now all bullish because of the latest model run. I've been speaking about it for a while now. We've been watching and we will continue to monitor the area and see just what develops.
