Tropics in November? Caribbean Possibilities. Winter and Boots are On the Way. Election Day. God Bless America!
The GFS, EURO and even the Canadian shows various spoiler alerts for the tropics yet it is still far out and nothing to rely upon. I mention it only as a comment on the tropics as even though we are voting on Presidential elections, talking football and baseball is in the rear view mirror it is still Hurricane Season. There is a reason it goes until November 30th and the Caribbean is one of those reasons. Also, sometimes, development happens in odd parts of the Atlantic. November in the tropics is sort of a "wild card" game not something to bet the farm on . . .
There is nothing to see right now other than long range models and I'm not ready to show images of tropical storms harassing Jamaica just yet or making a run at the Gulf of Mexico.
Note the frontal boundary marching SE across the US.
Tropical Atlantic still showing moisture.
Far out in the Eastern Atlantic there is a mess of convection.
Closer to the islands is a West bound wave riding low.
MJO may be a factor in aiding development.
Really hard to see anything happen.
But we keep watching.
As for the election.
I'll give you my prediction.
We have not seen the last of Kellyanne Conway.
Even if Trump loses she is not going away.
That's my prediction.
Maybe a show on some conservative channel??
That girl knows how to talk.
And coming from a talker like me.
That's high praise.
I may not always agree with what she is saying.
But amazed how she keeps talking.
That said...pretty sure we all know who Mike is voting for..
I'll keep talking Tropics until the tropics until November 30th.
When the um... overweight maiden sings.
Everyone take care.
Winter is coming down faster than we realize.
Raleigh had a frost warning.
I'm going to NY next week.
Shopping for boots, high heels for a party.
This picture says it all.
Boots and sandals.
That time of year.

The lady most of our ancestors saw upon entering America.
Well a lot of mine came in earlier to Philadelphia.
But... God Bless America!
