Ida is still moving West but they have pulled the plug.

Invest 98L in the Atlantic is Red Hot with 60% chances of forming.

Visible is not all that impressive this evening.

Better than Invest 99...

If it forms... it goes NW towards the coast where...

...the rain is still falling.

But the NHC shows a slow movement for now.

Beginning to feel like this is some plot.

Like all tropical no name storms must head towards OBX...

Could they merge?

Will it ever stop raining in NC?

Or Florida?
