Beryl Just Remant Rain Across the US Deep Inland. Tropics Quiet. It won't Last ... A Time to Breathe, Clean Up for Some and Know Out There More Will Be Coming Our Way. Use This Day Wisely...

 

Except for the remnant weather from Beryl...

...nothing is happening in the tropics.

There are of course waves.... 

...traveling westbound.

SAL strong.

Waves weak.

lead wave very low is interesting.

But not a lot of expectations.

Hard to see but elongated...

..attempts to do something.

No expectations just caught my eye last night.

Beryl is up in the mid parts of the country, raining without a signature anymore on Earthnull. Left a legacy of death and destruction across many countries and so far 8 people have died in the US mostly from flooding and falling trees. So much warning and people still thought they could make it wherever they were going driving on a freeway that flooded. Sad, trees fall on people outside and sometimes crash down into homes. I'm tired. I didn't look at every detail. Been a long week for those of us in the weather community trying to disseminate helpful information regarding Beryl's final landfall that did indeed end up impacting Houston! Beryl always was a worst case scenario finder. 

Prayers for those who are in need and need to clean up and try to put their lives back together again.

Not sure what else we will find wicked that comes this way down the tropical road. Stay prepared, be aware and know there will be more hurricanes. Each hurricane is different. Some are loaded with rain and others have little rain and harsh winds; some have both and batter you with everything they got. 

Going to rest up today, get control of my life and things that got lost in the mix while watching Beryl and online hours with others doing my thing. 

Weather really is the ultimate game changer. It destroys crops dying in the field, roasted corn before it had a chance to get to it's prime. Whether it's a tornado or a hurricane, a drought or a deluge or a winter blizzard laying pure white, fluffy stuff snow across a city transformed into a winter wonderland... weather changes everything.

Sweet Tropical Dreams... or Snowy Dreams.

And I know with the HEAT WAVE we've been locked into across a good part of the USA, many people are dreaming of Fall. So Am I...
