NHC Xs & Os - Clarification on BOC ... Watching & Waiting of Wednesday Night

The NHC does a great job of forecasting.

They have gotten better at online social networking.

They work constantly to revise the best way to advise the general public.

Now we have the X where the convection is currently gathering.

And an arrow to show us how it gets to the yellow shaded circle.

Note the area of convection down where the yellow X rests.

That area travels here to the BOC

You can see the approach of convection to the Yucatan.

IF anything develops this is how it develops

Official line from NHC:

"Formation chance through 5 days...low...10 percent"

Again low chances but it is possible.

Nice swirl going on in Eastern GOM

Somewhere between Cuba and Key West.

Just saying it's interesting....

Convection comes off of the Carolinas.

A low may form tho what kind of low that is has yet to be determined.

Keep watching as it has even odds of going N as it does into Carolinas.

The East Coast needs to watch this IF it develops.

Again models imply, indicate and infer... 

And we wait til we see something develop in real time.

Look at that wave moving West ... 

Weak wave but it still has convection.

Go figure.
