FL Governor: 8 Tornadoes so far............. Landfall Around 2:30 PM

Visible Water Vapor - GOES East 12 hr Loop

Notice how Andrea and the system that was moving across Oklahoma appears to me hooking up and almost merging ... which I said would be a problem the other day...

The center should come ashore somewhere near Deadman Bay and Cedar Key, Florida ...but that is a developing situation in real time and either way the weather already stretches from the tip of Cuba to the Carolinas.

I'll be back with more information as it happens.

More worried on places in Georgia and the Carolinas where rain is already falling and trust it's a tropical, warm rain...........and it is forecast to keep raining. By the time isolated strong winds come through these areas more trees will fall then would otherwise because of saturated ground.

Some historical information about a little known, but very beautiful region of Florida:

An  area made famous by the great Florida writer Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings.

And, as a friend online said... this storm is going to split the goalposts between FSU and UF... cute Michael Watkins, cute... so true.

More later..Besos... watch her from the safety of your home and if she is not there yet... go out now and get some food for tomorrow because it's better to stay inside in affected areas than driving around looking for your favorite fast food. Do you really need to be driving around Wilmington or Jacksonville looking for a Whopper or a Subway? No.... really, stay home and enjoy it safely from your own home and .... keep an eye out for Tornadoes.

Back later.............
