Biggest news in North Carolina is that Snow Mountain is open.. thank u Sandy...


Sugar Mountain Ski Resort will open on Halloween, Wednesday, October 31 for skiing and snowboarding.  In its 43 year history, Sugar Mountain Resort’s earliest opening was on November 5th in 1976.

As for me... seems people here are going to vote early... I guess just in case some other new calamity happens on Election Day 2012 and we can't get to the polls.

Maybe the Mayans had it right after all....
