Mercury Goes Foward, Irene strengthens

What a day.

Crazy, cray day.

Spent the morning working ...one last time on the emachine with Spy Sweeper something or other and it took over 200 things off the computer which is running almost like new. I'm a believer there.. Have tried several things, this was the best..though took forever and computer not working perfect, but much better. Loopse faster. Correct that.. loops. Moves. Few pop ups. We tried the restore disc but since we had a problem a while back with the keyboard it wouldn't recognize our corrections so.. we stayed with the fine tuning it and ..working.

Then called the shop.. spoke to Danny the Tech guy who has had it about 3 to 4 weeks and says over and over "he's never seen anything like it" about how my laptop is working. Shows no hard drive but shows software somewhere on it. Took out the hard drive, swapped it.. didn't work, tried biosflash.. etc.. nada, and played with the biosflash with original hard drive.. turned on.. like normal.. all my stuff, all my stuff.. there.. reborn..

Makes you almost believe in miracles.

Maybe it does.

Second chances? Or at least in the case of the laptop...3rd or 4th chances.

Still need a new laptop.. should never rely on miracles.. but helps to not have prssure and watched all of the end of the Redsox game with a friend online and haven't had one pop up problem.

And.... 3/3 and the Redsox explode in the 10th inning.

As for the tropics... I'm still not much of a believer in the next few weeks but I am going to sign up for Bastardi for a trial month. Not because I believe there will be a big season left like the big guys think nor because I think Bastardi is some weather God.. he ain't. Just a guy who loves weather and football and is fun to read someone who can write more words than I can lol. Fun to listen to him think even if it doesn't play out the way he indicates it might.

So... as for TD 10...it's sort of the only game in town unless you believe that Irene could turn around and do some big loop (hey, she did go .2 south I think) and so... here it is.. not much but hey its there and the models are still playing with it http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/PS/TROP/DATA/RT/float-ir2-loop.html

So, that's it.. going to go look around HurrCity and go to bed.. or do some writing... whichever comes first.
