Tropical Storm ANA?..Waiting for Final Verification but... First Named Storm of the Season ....almost here
She's not very pretty in that she is still a bit messy but reportedly she does have the winds and she does have staying power and she is a gusty gal to go up against SAL and El Nino... and she seems to set to become the first Tropical Storm of the Atlantic Hurricane Season at Five..
Still waiting for Uncle to scream "Tropical Storm" but they are changing over the names on the various government websites and the data seems pretty solid, even though she is still struggling.
The more she struggles, the more west she gets and the lower she stays.
Accuweather is screaming for an East Coast Hit.. in truth they are watching the models and the five day cone and it is possible, more possible she will curve and go out to sea but the longer she stays weak, the better chance she has of making the crossing.
Either way Tropical Depression #2 looks weak to me... could work in her favor so let's see if they name her.
If you want to listen to Joe Bastardi on the possibilities, enjoy.. he is one of my favorite football people.. I mean tropical people who look at the world like one big football game strategy wise..

Keep watching for the NHC to do an upgrade for official verification.
I wait for the NHC on matters like this especially when she is a weak contestant for the honored spot of first named storm of the year..
Be back later and see what we shall see.
