A lot of innuendo and discussion concerning a possible tropical event in the Gulf of Mexico. The GFS has been crying development, but until now the Euro has been silent as she watches the last remnants of Joaquin far away in Spain.

The Euro was celebrating it's victory in the forecasting match with the GFS.

But now the Euro has weighed in on tropical possibilities too!
