The Yellow Circle with a previous ZERO % is still there and now has a 10% chance.

Something ironic to think on... it has a higher dvorak rating than Andrea...

Of course you can't judge an Invest on the basis of one sat image

But, if she ...HE ...did develop this is where he would go...

Seems like Andrea chose FSU as her school of choice..then she wiggled north of UF and tried that out before traveling on.. she's close to FSU now on her way to the JAX and GA area.

In Raleigh I knew we had a problem for tomorrow when they broke into General Hospital with a flood watch and now they are scrolling information about Weather conditions tomorrow...

As for one of my world travelers... he made it to Gainesville and can now say he drove through a Tropical Storm. (Mommy exhales and smiles)

I'm almost here...getting ready to watch Burn Notice and looking through damage reports and analysis of Andrea and possibly Barry though... it's really a long shot to think this Invest can become Barry but the way this year has been... anything is possible.

Also note that there will be an onshore flow along the coast and tides will be higher and waves will be stronger than usual. If you think she was nothing much to write home about tell that to people who are cleaning up today from the EF1 tornado that touched down.

A system that has all 3 merged together into one...
