Tropical Storm Leslie wobbled south but basically is stationery

Tropical Storm Leslie wobbled south but is really stationary wobbling around. She is forecasted to eventually more 3 mph to the nnw.

Models are trending west and its now unclear how far west leslie will get.

Its also unclear how strong she will become.  Apparently the models need to sit down, have a beer and talk this out.

Tropical depression 13 has formed in the central atlantic and is forecast to stay weak. She's moving to the wnw. Some models a few days ago did show a strange scenario where leslie seemed to spin around and merge with another system.  The nhc gave this system low chances for forming so a bit surprised myself to see it given designation. Either way it is on the clock.

Keep watching. Have a nice labor day ...or what's left of it.
