Just a Note on Possible Downgrading...

I'm hearing a lot of whisperings on reasons why Isaac should be downgraded to Depression Status.

I don't think they will unless they can prove it does not have tropical storm force winds in it's circulation.

You can't just kill something off because it's not cooperating...

Being a bit silly here but Cantore did rant on it last night for over five minutes on TWC.

The water is warm, the shear is low (odd considering we are supposed to be starting El Nino) and the models say he will intensify and pull north... though he is currently way south of his forecasted points.

As Intensity Forecasting is the name of game that we have not figured out... I'd stick with which ever model has most consistently predicted what his intensity would be.. and follow that track.

That's it.. just a comment here...
