Paloma --- As Promised

Beautiful little storm down there that has big aspirations and dreams. Once she pulls her very beautiful butt of the ledge of the coastline she is sitting on she will be a powerful storm.

Check out her bottom.. seriously, that is where her power is and where she will pull in the moisture and wrap up into a strong hurricane. The bottom part where the twist is visible.

She has low shear, warm water and a high above her.. all in very simplistic terms signs she can develop and strengthen.
