Currently our gal Bertha is racing towards the west and possibly, finally intensifying just a bit. Can the NHC break it's OCD pattern here and up her five measly miles per hour?

Understand that the reason so many do hit that area is they are often early storms, not this early ... but a pattern is a pattern is a pattern until it is broken.
