There is a greater than average chance that by the end of the day we should have a named storm in the Atlantic. Possibly two depressions, one depression and a named storm or a "special statement for a tropical disturbance" so I'm keeping this short and am going to update later as needed. The CV Wave has a high chance of forming and is looking better and better. The area off Florida is making a convincing case for an upgrade. Looks a lot like a face off if you ask me.
