Exhausted.

Totally exhausted. Going to take me a while to unwind and think.

Memories colliding and new memories of this storm. Talked online with a good friend while watching CNN coverage.

Someone else who watched TWC emailed me and I promise you she wrote this, "was that the most boring storm ever?" Never occured to me to call her and see if she was watching CNN. She watches TWC..nonstop, always.

Two different storms... depending on which channel you were watching.

Tornado warning NW of Atlanta.......sigh.

Hurricanes are the most amazing weather phenomenon to me that there can be. When you consider these storms form from clusters of showers that come off of Africa, form an entity and travel as one unit across the whole Atlantic Ocean and spin their way into our lives. Nothing lasts as long. Not Twisters. Not Earthquakes. Not Noreasters. Not Straight line winds and not derechos. Nope. Nothing like a hurricane.

Imagine we are all going to be exhausted for a while.

Meanwhile... is Emily out there around 11n 44w as we blink our eyes and try to rest our bodies and minds??

Kudos as they say....to all the CNN reporters. It was definitly Hurricane Headquarters.

Going to rest for a while and be back later when I can think straight.

Fun to see Rick Sanchez and hear a real Miami accent, cadence.. that strange mix of Cuban, Southern, in your face almost NY style rapid talking (cuban influence mixed in) its very distinct and you dont hear it much. He did a good job. They all did. Beautiful.

later bobbi
