Is Oscar forming In the Eastern Atlantic?

Is Oscar forming in the Eastern Atlantic out near Nadine?

Probably or possibly, either way it currently has 80% chances and a bright, new shiny red circle.

Looks nice on visible imagery, round, circular... O sort of like the name Oscar would imply.

Nadine, Oscar? All the same...

As for Nadine ...still out there...am beginning to think Jupiterians keep looking down at Earth and saying "Look Mable they got one of those big storms down on Planet Earth like we have" as it isn't going away any time soon. October and counting...

Track:

Official line out of the NHC...

ARE FORECAST TO REMAIN CONDUCIVE FOR
DEVELOPMENT...AND THIS DISTURBANCE COULD BECOME A TROPICAL
DEPRESSION LATER TONIGHT OR ON WEDNESDAY. THIS SYSTEM HAS A HIGH
CHANCE...80 PERCENT...OF BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT MOVES NORTHWESTWARD AT 10 TO 15 MPH.

The NHC doesn't show any circle by the peek a boo system sound of Cuba that keeps blowing up and blowing tropical moisture up towards Florida as "rain" and about to break records for all time rainfall in South Florida. Funny how in a no named storm year for Miami Hurricanes we can have so much rain nonstop out of the Caribbean.  Keep watching and wondering...

A lot of good info on this site: http://stormcarib.com/

Ps...on a personal note..it was a good, busy holiday and am back staring at loops.
