Post Hurricane Post.. Windy Sunrise

Just wrote an entire blog entry and lost it. Maybe I'm not awake enough? Should be drinking my coffee and not writing. Fast thoughts... storm came in very fast, very hard and nonstop winds.. not like most storms I've seen. Gentle rain, hardly any wind and then SLAM BAM IN YOUR FACE winds... rain heavier from wind than water.. Then we lost power. Fast. Stayed in touch with world by watching small battery TV and text messaging with friends and.....talked to Jim from Hurricane City on the phone a bit to say hi and get some data. Anyways... going to go look around The City and read online and look at some loops. Got power back just after sunrise, FPL trucks woke us making loud noises, talking and yes.. power came on just in time for coffee. Going to look around and write more later.. thank you Sruly for posting for me .. yes you got it all right and thanks. later everyone... watching TV .. cable out but power is on. Smile, Bobbi. Was beautiful... a real sunset in the eye.. sky a beautiful rusty pink and then a light show when we got hit by the other side that my younger said looked like special effects in War of the Worlds. later, waking up....drinking coffee and talking on IM to get updates.
