Tropical Storm Bill Forms in GOM. 50 MPH NW @ 12 MPH Texas Bound
Basic information here is obvious.
It's going to Texas.
Sort of like a kiddie cone...
Not a lot of running room...
More important is wind forecasts.
Larger cone.
Tropical Storms often have a wider wind field.
They also have a larger area of flooding rains.

Note this is the area highlighted by the TS Warnings.
Everyone talks on Houston but it's a long coastline.
Note the various rivers have numerous bayous attached.

It's low country in many ways.

Barrier Islands
Not all just about Houston.
But obviously for many
It's all about Houston
