TS Larry Forms in the Distant Atlantic by Africa. SW Carib Being Monitored 30% (Just Watching) and IDA Remnants and a Front Kicking Up the Weather Today
Models are mostly together regarding Larry, now a Tropical Storm officially, more so in the short term they diverge a bit down the road but the general forecast is for it to stay out at sea. I like to see these play out in real time so will wait to say what could or couldn't yet happen. It's far away and nothing to worry about today on our side of the world.
The yellow circle in the SW Carib is at 30% and currently looks to stay low, though as you know I always say "wait until something forms, before buying into models" so it's down there, know that and check back tomorrow.
If you live in the NE or MidAtlantic you need to watch the weather in general today. So less a day to worry on the tropics and more a day to check your local weather.
Nothing really more to say this morning. I'm on a bit of a vacation and trying to catch my breath and relax a bit while taking care of some other business. Been a crazy week.
With regard to my brother's trip to the Humane Society, he and his wife fell in love with a dog there or it seems the dog fell in love with my sister-in-law and they are bringing a 4 month old adorable chocolate lab. Cute, especially as they engaged in New Orleans about 5 years ago and now they have a puppy from there thanks to Hurricane Ida and the Humane Society!

Ps .... It's officially Autumn if you go by Meteorological Fall and I do. It amps up the hurricane season as fronts are on the move, football is here and leaves are turning. Love it!
