Epsilon Out There Swirling. Models Hint at Very Long Range Trouble. Quiet Days. I Voted! I Got a Sticker and a Pen. No Tee Shirt ;) 1926 Hurricane Season .. What Do Marilyn and Fidel Have in Common???

Epsilon center stage.
Moisture flow to the left.
Up from Caribbean...
... An overly optimistic wave westbound.

Epsilon is moving up and away.
Caribbean has gone quiet for now...
...but doubt that will be forever.

I took a walk in the woods today.
Raleigh has a lot of parks...
.. okay not woods but feels like it to me.
Fall colors on display.
Simply beautiful.

There really isn't much to say about Epsilon today. It's out there, only threatening Bermuda though beaches along the East Coast will be feeling the strong waves and as always that presents the sad possibility that someone will die trying to go swimming in a wild sea. Check out those waves on this incredible site with many great angles to study the tropics.

So while we wait to see if something pops up.
Let's play Hurricane History.

A very busy hurricane season...
...before satelite imagery.
Or eyes in the skies ...
...and people studying wind barbs on Earthnull.

Close up it was horrible for one area.
No this isn't about the Miami 1926 Cane.
It's about the Havana-Bermuda storm.

Really go through the storms. There's the Louisiana 1926 Hurricane and the Miami 1926 Hurricane and the Nassau or Bahama one and the beat goes on and on.

The S.S. Valerian went down with 85 souls...
...near Bermuda after a Perfect Storm battle.
But there were 85 people who went down with it.
Read that link and Google that storm.
Late October Hurricane.

Castro and Marilyn Monroe were born that year and many in Cuba said that the children of the storm had strong energy much like the hurricane that ripped across the big island. Children of the Hurricane often led stormy lives and as Marilyn was trending today I'm going with this because she died young and beautiful and well Fidel did not. Marilyn is forever young in our mind.

Funny thing about Marily is....
...there was more than just the beautiful surface.
I read a book reently that was excellent.
Marilyn in NY.

The girl inside was not the one you saw on the outside.
No one was as good at playing Marilyn.. as Marilyn.

People are like that sometmes.
Something to think on.

I'll be back when I have something to say.
Well, of value.
Watch the overly optimistic westbound wave.
If it gets into the Caribbean.......
.....and Epsilon begins to move away.

Maybe Zeta will develop afterall.
Time will tell.
