40% Orange Area Over FL and Coastal Waters. Does This Become a Coastal Low? A Named Storm? Stay Tuned. Waiting on Upgrade to Invest.
Still 40% at 2 PM
Focus on that area in the loop above.
The local news in North Carolina had a graphic made up to explain about the Coastal Low that may be headed this way, stayed tuned for the 4PM early news that will go over the details.
The actors are beginning to get into place. There's not a lot of props, it's either a coastal low that impacts places along the coast and a bit inland or an offshore coastal low that may impact the beach with high surf. We are not there yet with the answers, we just know there is a possibility a coastal low will form.
And, it may or may not get a name. Sometimes a Tropical Depression forms and nothing more. Sometimes a July Tropical Storm forms. So we will just have to wait and see. Once it's an Invest we have more information from the "official" investigation. Better models, more discussion other than trying to peak through someone's window seeing what might be going on between the blinds. Hey, been happening since the start of time.
Better video of Tina.
