Thunderstorms in Raleigh in January :) Living in Summertime Sunday Denial... Lows in Teens on Thursday???

There's an old adage that says if you hear thunder in winter it will snow within 10 days.

Not sure if Mother Nature adds that into the equation when working on her P type theories..

But, for now it's not in the forecast. What IS in the forecast is bitter cold temperatures in the teens.

Today it feels like it's in the 70s.. my windows are open & I'm living in denial.

The playoffs are on... 

I'm pretending the football season is not ending... 

I'm lying here in a black tee shirt over pink thin leggings listening to the rain... and thunder.

Denial can be fun sometimes :)

The heat is off.

I'm drinking Ice Tea... 

There's the front slicing through the Eastern half of the nation.

My son and his family are westbound to a new life in Seattle.
