Tropical Storm Gamma Forms..in time for Thanksgiving!

May I suggest the following ideas.

Cook and freeze the bird NOW or ASAP.. freeze it hard.

If the storm comes this way..defrost it at room temperature and heat up over warmers..or on the grill. If the storm doesn't come... make a nice baste, sauce and reheat it.. Either way you got your bases covered. Of course, unless the freezer flies away............

Turkey Lunchables.. add cans of cranberry sauce, canned corn.. every kid will be happy.. they will eat those 365 days a year.

Lock up the house and fly to Santa Fe for a Southwestern Turkey Day feast..
